The Middle Years Programme (Year 7 to 10)

We recognize that student in this age group are particularly sensitive to social and cultural influences and are in the process of establishing who they and what they want to be. The international Baccalaureate’s Middle Years Programme is designed to help students in their critical phase of personal and intellectual
development, to develop the knowledge, understanding, attitudes and skills necessary to participate actively and responsibly in changing world.

The MYP curriculum is organised into 8 major disciplines. Every subject group is organised, in part, around a set of perspectives that provided a framework for learning. These perspectives known as ‘areas of interaction’, encourage students to make connections between subjects, to link what learn to the real world and to global issues, and to reflect and act on their learning.

Kurikulum MYP dikelompokkan menjadi 8 disiplin ilmu.
